Apparatus for demonstrating heliotropism and geotropism
This apparatus for demonstrating heliotropism and geotropism is very useful for observing and studying plant movements. The germinating seedlings are fixed to the cork base, which is rotated by an electric motor at 4 revolutions per hour. The motor is mounted on the spindle and can be fixed so that the table location can be adjusted at any angle (horizontal and vertical).
In terms of structure, this device is mounted on a sturdy and stable base. It can be easily moved from one location to another. Includes an acrylic cover for the cork base as a form of protection.
As it is a complete instrument, it is indicated for use in school and university contexts, when learning concepts related to Vegetable Movements.
• Diameter of the cork base: 100mm
